a) Passed UDWPE
b) At least Junior Standing
c) Passed BUS 302/L
d) Specific majors may have additional requirements

Provide DPR for requirement verification

Assignments During the Semester:
Weekly:
a) Email Journal to Mentor
b) Time Log
Mid-Semester:

a) 2-3 Page Update Paper
b) Update Meeting Form

End of Internship:

a) Student & Employer              Evaluations
b) Final Report
c) Exit Interview
